Fluffy and Delicious Plant-Based Pancakes



Whisk the oat flour, baking powder, salt, and coconut sugar together.

Add the milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until all the lumps are gone.

Heat non-stick pan on medium with a bit of oil or plant-based butter.

Pour or ladle about 1/4 cup of mix onto the pan and cook until bubbles begin to appear on the top.

Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve with some maple syrup or fresh fruit.
