Crunchy and Delicious Pan Fried Crispy Tofu



Heat a frying pan and add some oil.

Drain and pat dry the tofu. Tear it up into bite-sized pieces and coat it with cornstarch and salt. Add to the frying pan.

Make the glaze by combining maple syrup, lemon juice, chili powder, paprika, garlic, cumin, and salt.

Once the tofu is crispy, coat it with the glaze.

Enjoy over rice or in a wrap.
